Refunds

When it comes to refunds, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wholesalemakeup.pk for further assistance.

Returns

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wholesalemakeup.pk. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Returns that are sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is accepted, we will process the refund as per our refund policy mentioned above.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain exceptions to our policy. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not eligible for return.
